These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern access to and use of the calverioq.com platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by Calverioq S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Calverioq"). By using the Platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Calverioq is a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between people interested in financially participating in real estate projects and the developers or promoters of such projects in Argentina. Calverioq acts as a technology intermediary and not as a financial entity or investment advisor.

2. Registration requirements

To use the Platform's services, you must: • Be over 18 years of age. • Reside in the Argentine Republic or an authorized jurisdiction. • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. • Successfully complete the identity verification process (KYC) in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. • Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. How crowdlending works

Projects published on the Platform have undergone a prior evaluation process. However, Calverioq does not guarantee the viability, success, or profitability of any project. Each participant freely decides which projects to participate in and for what amount, assuming the inherent risks of real estate investment. Contributed funds are managed through trust mechanisms and are exclusively allocated to the selected project. Timelines, return conditions, and capital repayment are detailed in each project's information sheet.

4. Risks

All investments carry risks, including but not limited to: • Risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. • Liquidity risk: funds may not be available until project completion. • Risk of delays in estimated timelines. • Risk of variations in the Argentine real estate market. • Regulatory risk: changes in regulations that may affect operations. Calverioq does not guarantee returns and is not responsible for losses arising from participation in crowdlending projects.

5. User obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to: • Use the Platform in accordance with current legislation and these Terms. • Not provide false or misleading information. • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. • Not use the Platform for illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing. • Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including texts, designs, logos, images, source code, and databases, is the property of Calverioq S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Calverioq provides the Platform 'as is' and does not grant implicit or explicit guarantees regarding continuous availability, absence of errors, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calverioq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Modifications

Calverioq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to registered users at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after notification implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
